As we head into the holiday season, we are often told to be grateful for what we have and give thanks. Expressing gratitude is not just a nice thing to do, but it benefits seniors and senior caregivers’ mental and physical health. In a season where loneliness and depression can increase, expressing gratitude is a simple way to boost mood and increase happiness.
The holiday season is a time of joy, togetherness and giving. For seniors, it can also be a time of loneliness and frustration. That’s why CiminoCare makes every effort to bring favorite traditions back to life and encourages residents and caregivers alike to share their beloved family traditions to bring back fond memories and create joy within our communities.
We offer specialized support for individuals with hearing, vision, mobility impairments, and other disabilities.
Our goal is to foster an inclusive, supportive community through reasonable accommodations that enhance each resident’s quality of life.
