CiminoCare Wall of Fame: Jereline Madeloso

Jereline is celebrating 20 years as a committed team member of CiminoCare. She has spent her entire career at our community, Mills Estate Villa, serving in a variety of roles over the years. Jereline is the ultimate team player, she is always willing to jump in and help out wherever she is needed, Jereline is currently working as a Lead Shift Manager. However, in addition to her role as Lead Shift Manager, she also helps out when needed as a caregiver, activity coordinator, and front desk receptionist. Her versatility has been invaluable.

“Jereline is very generous, compassionate and has a big sense of humor when interacting with her colleagues and residents. This is the reason everyone around her enjoys her presence. She responds to any situation calmly and promptly, and is simply a joy to be around,” said MaryAnn Shinn, Regional Director of CiminoCare.

Jereline grew up in the Philippines. She came to the U.S. on June 1, 2000 with her husband. After just 18 days in the U.S. she started her career with CiminoCare as a Caregiver and hasn’t looked back. She lives in Millbrae with her family. She is the mother to an 18 year old son, and 8 year old daughter. Family always comes first for Jereline. She cherishes her role as a mom and appreciates the incredible support she gets from CiminoCare in juggling schedules and the responsibilities of being a mom. CiminoCare saw her ability to grow in her career and most recently sent her to school to earn her administrator’s certificate, a milestone she is very proud of attaining. Her willingness to learn and grow has been a contribution to the smooth operations of Mills Estate Villa. It’s no wonder that everyone from the residents, to the families, to her team members enjoy her company and appreciate her.

What Jereline loves most about her job, “I feel like I’m at home when I am working. I love taking care of elderly people, and treat them like my own grandparents. I learn something new every day and that makes me happy!”
