Mills Estate Villa and Burlingame Villa: Excellence in Customer Experience

We are proud to announce that two of our communities are the recipients of Pinnacle Quality.

Insight’s 2020 Customer Experience Awards™. Two communities, Mills Estate Villa and Burlingame Villa, were recognized in the category of Customer Experience. Each displayed continued dedication to providing Best-in-Class senior healthcare services.

“Throughout our 30+ years of serving our communities, we at CiminoCare have always placed a strong emphasis on ensuring that the individual needs of every resident are met. Winning this award verifies to us that we are indeed making a real difference in our resident’s lives,” said Mark Cimino, CEO of CiminoCare.

To win the award, over the course of 2019, a sampling of CiminoCare’s customers and their families participated in monthly telephone interviews that included open-ended questions, as well as the opportunity to rate our company in specific categories. In addition, every month, we gathered those real-time survey results to gain a better understanding of residents’ needs in order to make meaningful improvements.

By qualifying for the Pinnacle Customer Experience Award™, CiminoCare has satisfied the rigorous demand of scoring in the top 15% of the nation across a 12-month average.
