Hello everyone,
We’re excited to announce that we’re doing another ALW Forum for providers! Our team at CiminoCare has been working alongside the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) to host an ALW forum in Southern California! The event will be free to all participants so please be sure to save the date of Monday, April 24, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
We will be providing light refreshments in the morning and a boxed lunch at around noon.
The Forum will be held at The California Endowment’s Center for Healthy Communities’ Redwood conference room.
Once we have finalized the day’s agenda we will be sure to share that information with you via Constant Contact as well as on the CiminoCare blog page (https://ciminoseniorcare.com/blog/), so please be sure to be on the lookout for any additional details that we will be sending out.
